We developed a custom management system capable of importing large amounts of data and documents, and automating the sending of internal notifications and legal communications through an integration with Poste Italiane.
To reduce processing times and human errors, we analyzed documents – previously written manually – and developed a series of templates to speed up and simplify the drafting of legal documents. Additionally, through the integration of an Artificial Intelligence system, we enabled automatic data extraction from documents, significantly reducing manual review times.

Numatec is a company specialised in programmatic digital advertising, building curated campaigns for agencies and brands.
Give agencies a single place to request a campaign and follow its progress, and give the operations team a tool to manage requests and measure their results.
We designed and built Numacurate, the platform where agencies fill in a campaign request, track its status and check delivery metrics. Each agency manages its own users and only ever sees its own data.
In the back office, the Numatec team takes over the requests, links the deals negotiated on SSP platforms and monitors their performance. It is our first project built with an AI-first approach, from design to release.

ITT S.p.A., an Italian engineering company that designs and supplies industrial furnaces for refineries and plants all over the world.
The sales team and management receive large volumes of email every day across dozens of open deals: they needed to see at a glance what is happening on each one, without reading every message.
We integrated Artificial Intelligence directly into the company's Microsoft 365 environment. Emails in the sales mailbox are automatically matched to the proposal they refer to and summarised into one report per deal, always up to date on SharePoint.
For the CEO we built an hourly digest of the conversations he follows: the AI tells apart what needs his decision from what is just for his information.

Vehnta is an innovative start-up in the scale-up phase, ready to launch its first product on the market.
Vehnta needed R&D and software development to design and build advanced features for their product, Vehnta Software.
We designed and developed highly innovative features, directly integrable into Vehnta's main product, leveraging custom-trained Artificial Intelligence models.
The most relevant feature identifies companies similar to an initial set in any country worldwide. Thanks to a custom-trained LLM and integration with external database services, the system analyzes and compares company profiles on a global scale with precision and speed impossible to achieve manually.

Caritas Ambrosiana, the pastoral body of the Diocese of Milan that coordinates charitable and welfare activities across the territory.
Structure and digitize the entire Volunteer Orientation Desk workflow: from collecting applications to selecting locations, from booking appointments to communicating with Caritas system sites.
We developed the complete management system for the Volunteer Desk. Candidates fill out a structured form and the system, using Artificial Intelligence, automatically pre-selects the most suitable volunteering locations based on their profile. Candidates can then book an appointment directly via the form, keeping human dialogue with the desk professionals central.
On the operational side, all data from Caritas system sites has been structured, centralized, and made easily explorable. Communications with sites — insurance forms, updates, reminders — have been automated, freeing up time for higher-value work. Each site also has its own portal with passwordless access to manage its data and communication with Caritas independently.

SardGEN is a genetic prevention and research program for the Sardinian population, promoted by the Universities of Sassari and Cagliari, CNR, and the Sardinia Region.
Manage tens of thousands of bookings for a free screening program aimed at the entire Sardinian population, with explosive demand at every slot opening.
We developed the booking platform for the screening centers in Cagliari, Sassari, and Monserrato. Systems were flooded with requests within minutes at every opening.
To manage the demand, we implemented a queuing system, automatic scale-up, and human verification anti-DDoS measures, ensuring stability and accessibility.
